We are proud that we piloted and proved the value of keeping “good stuff” still in use, rather than being disposed of in our limited landfills on island (soon to be reduced to a single landfill in West Hawaii).

As a result of this change, we had to lay off our all employees. Mahalo nui loa for their many contributions to Recycle Hawaii. Our focus now returns to our roots of education to reduce solid waste, relying on volunteers only. Stay tuned for news about our reboot and how you can help us.
