America Recycles Day is on November 15! This Keep America Beautiful initiative is a nationally recognized day dedicated to promoting and celebrating recycling in the United States.

The national recycling rate has increased over the past 30 years. The current recycling rate is 34%. JOIN US IN RECYCLING MORE.

On Hawai‘i Island celebrate Hawai‘i Recycles Day 2017 at these events:
Nov. 12: 3rd Annual Going Nuts for the Holidays! 10 am – 5 pm at Hale Halawai in downtown Kailua-Kona, a free family community “Zero Waste” event organized by RH Board Director, Randyl Rupar
Nov. 14: Recycle Hawai‘i Outreach Table

  • Pāhoa Reuse Center at 9:30 – 10:30 am

  • Kea‘au Reuse Center at 11 am – 12 pm
    Nov. 15: Recycle Hawai‘i Outreach Table

  • Keauhou Reuse Center from 8:30 – 9:30 am

  • Kealakehe Reuse Center at 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

  • Waimea Reuse Center at 2:30 – 3:30 pm
